Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Bookings are essential. Full payment is required upon booking and confirmation is only granted once payment has been received. 

Prices

All our prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change at our discretion and without notice.

Arrival time

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your class is due to start as we are often preparing the space after a previous class.

Children

We love kids, we really do, however if you are attending a class for adults please do not bring your child along with you.

Mobile phones

While we understand that people need to keep their mobile phones close by in order to be contactable, we ask that you use discretion if you need to take calls in order to minimise disruption of others in class.

Cancellations Policy

We do not offer refunds once payment for your booking is made. If you are unable to attend a whole course before the course has started and we have received reasonable notice then we will issue a credit note which is valid for six months. 

Privacy Policy

At The Bronte Sewing Room your privacy is respected. We assure you that your personal information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your payment and to forward updates and/or newsletters.
